Relics and Rituals I:

- Animate Shadow: Reflex save negates. Use rule for Evard’s Black tentacles for grapple check rather than a str. Check to break free.
- Beast Soul: Disallowed.
- Belsameth’s Blessing: Add the [Evil] descriptor.
- Belsameth’s Strife: duration is 1 round/ level.
- Bloodstorm: Area is a 10’ radius instead of 25’ wide.
- Call aquatic animal: disallowed.
- Call aquatic humanoid: Disallowed.
- Call aquatic monster: Disallowed.
- Chameleon skin: Bonus to hide is a competence bonus.
- Cloak of Righteousness: Disallowed.
- Cold snap: Fortitude save for half damage for a person.
- Commanding Presence: Disallowed.
- Curtain of Darkness: Duration is 1 round/ level.
- Dark water: Area is a 5 foot cube of water/level. Max dice of damage is 10d6.
- Divine Raiment: Disallowed.
- Doom wail: Disallowed.
- Dragon’s Breath: Disallowed – spell makes lightning bolt irrelevant.
- Gas cloud: Effect area equal to Fog Cloud spell (20’ radius).
- Gloom: Disallowed.
- Glue: DC 15 str. Check to be unstuck.
- Greater Familiar: Disallowed.
- Greater Healing circle: Disallowed.
- Holy Channel: Disallowed.
- Iron Storm: disallowed.
- Perfect Recollection: Disallowed.
- Phantom’s Howl: Disallowed.
- Rie’s Dance of Seduction: Charisma modifier is not added to the spell’s DC.
- Shadow Images: Disallowed.
- Shadow Strike: Disallowed.
- Song of the Gods: Disallowed.
- Song of Heroes: Change range to short.
- Unholy Channel: Disallowed.
- Wall of Hornets: Save DC for poison is equal to the spell’s save DC.
- Elemental Kiss: Damage Reduction is 10/Magic.
- Essential Blade: Disallowed.
- Filch: Disallowed.

Relics and Rituals II:

- Bane of the Forge: Disallowed.
- Beetle Swarm: The spell gains the [Evil] descriptor since it summons fiendish beetles.
- Blade meld: Wielder of a two-handed weapon gets a 2 on his saving throw.
- Blade thirst: Rather than increasing the dice used, this spells causes the weapon to deal damage as if it were one size larger.
- Blaise’s Iron Bead: The +4 to A.C. is an armor bonus. The DR is 15/magic.
- Bloodied Blade: Gains the [Evil] descriptor.
- Body of Sand: DR is 5/magic. Hide and Move Silently are competence bonuses.
- Bolt of Stone: No saving throw for half damage.
- Chains of Binding: Chains can be targeted by Dispel Magic.
- Charm’s Aegis: Disallowed.
- Cobwebs: Handle burning of the webs as the web spell in the PHB.
- Darl lightning: Use the range and area of the lightning bolt spell rather than that listed in RRII.
- Darksoul: DR is 10/good.
- Deep sleep: Disallowed.
- Demonbane: Attacks against evil outsiders are treated as if the target is using a good aligned weapon (rather than +5) for pusposes of overcoming DR.
- Dragonhide: Change duration to one hour/level.
- Dragonflight: Duration changed to 1 min/level maximum.
- Dreadmantle: Unsure if it is overpowered or not. If it is chosen consider the first few uses of the spell as a play testing. If it seems overpowered I may decide to drop it and the caster can replace it with another spell.
- Dying Breath: Disallowed. Basically same spell as Ray of exhaustion in the PHB.
- Eagle Song: Also available to druids as a 4th level spell.
- Earthen screen: The wall is 3 feet high rather than 2. It provides half cover for medium creatures (
4 bonus to AC) and full cover for small.
- Enhanced senses: Duration is 10minutes per level.
- Eyes of the Hawk: The spot bonus is a competence bonus.
- Greater spectral hand: Disallowed.
- Greater timeheal (And lesser timeheal): Not available.
- Hunter’s Moon: The bonus granted is +2 rather than +1.
- Legion’s March: Disallowed.
- Light Blade: The blade is considered good aligned for purposes of overcoming DR.
- Mana Sink: Disallowed.
- Mesos’ Vengeance: The caster takes the fire damage after the spell casting has been completed.
- Missile Storm: Duration is 24 hours.
- Plague touch: Disallowed.
- Quick Learn: Duration is 10 minutes per level.
- Ricochet: If the missile receiving the spell is not used within 24 hours of casting the effects end.
- Rie’s Lustful Gaze: Disallowed.
- Shadow chains: Disallowed.
- Shocking missile: Duration is 24 hours.
- Spell wall: Disallowed.
- Stelan’s Blood tentacles: Disallowed.
- Stone bolt: 2nd level spell rather than first. Maximum number of bolts is 10.
- Unwavering Ally: disallowed.
- Vampiric weapon: Disallowed.
- Weeping fool: Disallowed.
